We do not collect personal data. We use generated internal identifiers for all users.
1. Information We (Don't) Collect
At Raaga, we believe in privacy by design. We do not collect personal email addresses, phone numbers, or social media profiles from students or parents.
Important: Instead of asking for your personal email, our system automatically generates a unique internal email identifier for every user to manage progress tracking and academy records.
2. Use of Information
The data processed by Raaga is strictly limited to:
- Student practice logs and consistency heatmaps.
- Attendance records for music lessons.
- Skill progress markers and teacher feedback.
- Internal account identifiers for secure login.
3. Third-Party Services
We integrate with trusted providers to deliver our services:
- Email Notifications: For sending attendance and fee notifications.
- Razorpay: For secure fee collection (if enabled by your institute). We do not store your credit card or bank details.
