1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Raaga platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Raaga provides a music institute management platform that includes features such as attendance tracking, student practice logs, skill progress monitoring, and automated fee collection.

3. User Accounts

To protect your privacy, Raaga generates internal email identifiers for all students and parents. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials provided by your music institute.

4. Payment and Fees

Institutes using our Growth or Pro plans agree to the subscription fees outlined in our pricing section. Fee collection from students via Razorpay is subject to separate processing terms and transaction fees as applicable.

5. Limitation of Liability

Raaga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this page.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
